Two English girls enjoy competitive topless wrestling. Blonde Pam outsmusled Swedish brunette Sassena earlier and now she does the same with Mandy who had succumbed to Lynda and Daphne already.

East Coast Cats: Alexis vs Veronica

Aggressive Alexis returns to destroy another woman. Dark-haired Veronica barely lasts two minutes before vicious hairpulling and punching from Alexis forces her to submit. She gets nothing more then a painful neck strain for her tries as Alexis completely dominates her.

East Coast Cats: Alexis vs Tabitha

East Coast Cats company fight between very aggressive Alexis who uses vicious hairpulling and body punching to completely destroy Tabitha.

First fall last almost seven minutes as Tabitha does her best to avoid submission but eventually succumbs to Alexis' strenght. There is little love lost here as Alexis uses her knee to pin Tabitha's face to the mat. You can clearly hear Tabitha's groaning as she struggles with some pain before finally giving up.

The second fall is shorter and Alexis hairpulls the helpless Tabitha all over the place once again. A dominant victory for Alexis.

TPC Wresting: Luna vs Angela (Rematch)

Italian girl Luna was forced to submit to Scottish dark-haired Angela in a previous fight but restores some pride here. Angela applies bodyscissors but allows Luna to escape and gets pinned to the mat herself. As great as Angela's physical looks are, you have to admire Luna's attitude and I hope she forced the Scottish girl into submission.

Festelle: Amy vs Carolyn

Festelle international tournament. Australian blonde Carolyn takes on English girl Amy and does a nice job of throwing the dark-haired opponent around the mat. A fighting spirit is certainly there for the blonde who - I presume - went on to win this fight.

Festelle: Mandy vs Lynda

Mandy didn't have much chance against Daphne, but redhead Lynda shows even less sympathy for the dark-haired Londoner and scissored her back beyond the limits. Mandy had to submit, but she came back for more fights and that's good to see.

Festelle: Daphne vs Mandy

Another topless fight from Festelle. California girl Daphne gives English newcomer Mandy a rough introduction into competitive wrestling.

Festelle: Amanda vs Irene

One of Festelle's topless wrestling tournaments features a couple of Austrian tough cookies. Amanda proves to be more aggressive and forces Irene into submission.

Crystal Films: Michelle vs Elizabeth

Crystal Films Video Magazine 3 (released in 1993) featured one of companies best amateur catfights starring Michelle and Elizabeth.

Blonde Michelle quickly gained advantage by pulling Elizabeth's hair and then knocked her down with some intense punching. You'd almost thought there is something personal between these two as Michelle's punches are extremely vicious and leave the black-haired women mercilessly pummelled all over the place.

I'm a keen admirer of fighters who can dominate her opponents like that especially given the fact they were very evenly matched physically. Michelle claimed all the honours in this fight and returned for three more in the future while Elizabeth must have had some second thoughts after suffering this painful beating. She didn't fight in Crystal Films anymore.

TPC Wrestling: Luna vs Angela

Another fight from the 1993 TPC Wrestling event featuring the Scottish brunette Angela. Her opponent, Italian girl Luna, is forced to submit after a full nelson hold which isn't that common to see in female wrestling action.

Catz Club UK: Dolly vs Georgia

Another fight from Catz Club UK sees a couple of busty blondes: 26 yo Dolly and 23 yo Georgia invloved in a haripulling and clothes-ripping catfight. There's hardly any hostility at the beginning and both girls afford a laugh once they begin their fight but Georgia's strenght quickly proves to be the key to success. She grabs aload of Dolly's hair and keeps her down on the mat for majority of the contest.

Dolly tries her best to shake off Georgia, but loses clumps of hair out of her head instead as the tanned blonde just doesn't let go. Evntually Dolly gets slapped several times after an unsuccessful headlock attempt denies her the final chance of turning the fight around.

I don't think Dolly would have any more chaces if hairpulling was forbidden. Georgia looked stronger and much aggressive and really beat the hell out of Dolly who remained very game in her efforts to be honest.

Catz Club UK: Rosa vs Shazy

Catz Club UK is a British based company featuring amateur wrestlers who want to prove their skills against women from all over the country. One of the most vicious fights from Catz Club sees 40 yo Shazy taking on 24 yo Rosa. It's the ever present question of youth & stamina against maturity and weight advantage.

Shazy starts the fight very aggressively and doesn't give Rosa any chances. She pulls the younger girl onto the floor and pounds her with no mercy. Shazy has a clear weight advantage and her stamina isn't questioned at all with Rosa relegated into a useless piece of trash.

It took less then two minutes for Shazy to completely destroy Rosa who later claimed she wasn't aware it's going to be a fight for real. Well, the damage had already been done and Rosa was clearly blown away here.

TPC Wrestling: Romana vs Angela

TPC Wrestling is one of the oldest still-active female combat companies. Here's a brief preview from a 1993 live event where tanned Italian blonde Romana takes on black-haired Scottish girl Angela.

Despite looking pretty good until the break-up, Angela eventually gets bodypressed by her Italian rival.

Asian Fight # 1

Swedish girl Sassena didn't have much chance aganist Pam, but ebony chick Trixie proved even more dominant and easily outmuscled the Swedish brunette.

Festelle: Ayeshia vs Lena

Ayeshia and Lena decide who's the better woman and the Australian proves her strenght with a crunching hold.

Festelle: Ayeshia vs Kirsty

Australia gets revenge on Germany as blonde Ayeshia gives dark-haired Kirsty a rough treatment crowned by a crushing headlock. Kirsty got a sore neck after that for granted.

Festelle: Lena vs Diane

Blonde Lena (Germany) takes on Diane (Australia). Lena shows some quick moves and outsmuscles her dark haired rival. I'd like to know how it ended but I guess Diane got blown away here.

Crystal Films: Catfights from the Harmony Club

Catfights from the Harmony Club was a series featuring amateur women. The action is not as high-standard as most other, but there's still no love lost between the fighters.

A couple of mature women tear into each other but the blonde clearly outmuscles her brunette opponent. No punches are thrown just a power struggle which still leaves the brunette completely outclassed. The blonde is very keen to demolish the other woman and abuses her vocally once she traps her on the mat for good. The eyes of the brunette clearly suggest she's had enough.



Shame that no punches are thrown, I bet the blond would have beaten the brunette into a bloody mess.

Festelle: Pam vs Sassena

Pam gives the lightweight brunette a tough introducing into wrestling by applying bodyscissors and then gains even a bigger advantage as the Swedish girl can't get herself out of trouble.

Foxy Combat: Monika vs Sarah

Foxy Combat is another site featuring women fights, mostly in catfighting style. A fair ammount of hairpulling, head- and bodyscissors are present and the girls really go at each other. All credit to them.

Here's a brief preview of a fight between dark-haired Monika and blonde Sarah. Both girls quickly jump into action and waste little time in order to gain advantage over her rival.

TPC Wrestling: Kara Fox headscissors Susan Strong

A brief outtake from a topless TPC wrestling fight between Kara Fox (blonde) and Susan Strong (brunette).

Tanned blonde woman outmuscles the brunette and applies great headscissors to trap her for good. Susan desperately tries to get out of trouble, but Kara grabs and blocks her arm and then firmly pins her to the mat. Overall, a deserved win for the New Zealander.

Real Fight: Meagan vs Kay

Two teens decide to settle their scores (over a boyfriend?) with some punches and hairpulling but the slim redhead Meagan proves more aggressive and mercilessly smashes Kay's head over the pavement. There's no way back for the brunette as Meagan intimidates her into conceding defeat.

If Kay suffered more blows to the head she probably would have ended up with a broken nose, so it's better to give up with only a bleeding scar on the forehead. A heavy blow to her pride though.

Real Fight: Blonde vs Latin

One of the most famous real fights was publish on "Almost Illegal Vol. 1" where a couple of young girls really went for it. Latin chick is aggressive early on, but gets thumped by her blonde opponent. After a brief pause (I absolutely hate when someone from outside gets involved) the latin girl gives it another try, but her aggressiveness doesn't get rewarded. The blonde is a clear winner here.

Double Impact: DWW & Crystal Films

Classic movie catfights are one thing, but it's about time to bring up the pinnacle of women fighting (and I'm not talking about the real street fights - for now at least ;-) ).

When it comes to competitive women fighting nothing can match Danube Women Wrestling and Crystal Films. Both companies differ their content, DWW providing wrestling and extreme fights between skilled & trained experts (with only minor exclusions, which increase the overall reception though) while Crystal Films is based on pure amateurs in catfighting style (clothes-ripping, face-slapping & punching as well as the almost ever-present hairpulling).

Avengers: Stay Tuned (1969)

The 1960s British TV series The Avengers included several catfights, this being one of them.



In the episode Stay Tuned (Season 6) the main female character, Tara King (Linda Thorson, born 18.06.1947) is originally tied up by the villainous Lisa (Kate O'Mara, born 10.08.1939). Tara manages to trick Lisa into hesitation and after a brief fight, she comes out as a winner. She then ties up the unfortunate Lisa herself and wraps her mouth.



During her heyday in the '60s Kate O'Mara was a stunning looking high-cheekboned girl from Leicester, UK. Adding the devilish raven hair and shapely long legs, she could have even put Martine Beswick behind in the shadows in terms of physical presence. Indeed both these raven-haired women were a significant force in the British class B movie Hammer Studios.

One Million Years BC (1966)

Second of the 1960s catfight classics comes from the Hammer Studios "One Million Years BC" remake. Starring Raquel Welch (born 05.09.1940; as Loana) and Martine Beswick (as Nupondi) both whom happen to become a love interest by the lead character Tumak played by John Richardson (who actually was Martine's long-time boyfriend in real life).



The all-important action sparks when Loana wants to examine a hunting trophy that Nupondi brought to her ex-lover Tumak, probably to lure him back away from the blonde rival. Nupondi is jealous and attacks Loana however after a tense scrap, she is pinned down and defeated. Loana is then called to follow the tradition and kill the brunette loser, but when a stone is given to her, she refuses to smash Nupondi's head and spares her life.

Martine Beswick later recalled (interview from 1984): "Raquel drove me and everyone else 'crazy.' But I had a great deal of compassion for her, because her ass was on the line. There was heavy pressure on her to be 'the' sex symbol, and she felt insecure dealing with the chauvinism so prevalent at the time. Overcoming that feeling of being 'meat' was a big challenge for all of us ladies to handle in that era -- especially since we had more of a sense of who we were than we were given credit for having. Of course, I was 'always' getting myself into trouble about that subject because I couldn't keep my big mouth shut."

From Russia With Love (1963)

Jamaican born Martine Beswick (born 26.08.1941) and former Miss Israel Aliza Gur (born 1942) made history with their catfight in 1963 James Bond classic "From Russia With Love". Their characters were named Vida (Gur) and Zora (Beswick).

Martine Beswick later recalled (interview from 1984): "It was serious work,. "We did three weeks of rehearsal...and then we did a week of shooting on the back lot." "Aliza Gur was a cow. We had terrible clashes and I was disgusted with her. I had a lot of anger inside me, so that scene was the perfect way to work it out...when we shot it, Gur was really fighting. Everyone encouraged me to fight back,
so I did. We got into a "real scrapping match".

You might say neither wanted to lose that fight and since they didn't like each other much, all the action was real.

Well, as we all know, the fight ends prematurely when Aliza Gur is just about to smash a bottle over Martine Beswick's head therefore effectively winning the fight and seriously injuring the Jamaican brunette. It would be interesting to see that actually happening, but you can't have everything, do you? At least Beswick left the set without any scarfs.
